GRB is organized into Project Teams with Team Leaders. Team Leaders are accountable for the overall direction of projects by monitoring schedules, project costs and engineering costs. GRB chooses it's leaders carefully and each team leader shares a common trait - the leadership and knowledge to succeed and sustain GRB as the desired engineering firm for our customers and employees within the Canadian Oil and Gas Industry.
